Inflationary Oversight: Track and analyze historical rate increase dates to identify accounts due for adjustment, ensuring no contract falls behind the annual inflationary curve. Contract Lifecycle Management: Update and maintain the database of existing contracts; monitor expiration dates and proactively initiate the renegotiation process. Project Management: Lead the contract renegotiation workflow and ensure all internal stakeholders (Sales, Ops, Finance) are aligned on terms. Quality Control: Audit system pricing and invoices for accuracy and consistency to eliminate billing friction and margin leakage. Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform additional pricing-related data exercises as requested by leadership. Secondary Responsibilities: Service Analysis (As Time Allows) Incentive Management: Administer technician incentive plans and bonus programs to ensure accurate payouts and alignment with operational goals. Reporting: Create and maintain operational dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators. Leadership Support: Prepare monthly operational slide decks and visual data presentations for management meetings. Operational Mapping: Maintain internal and external operational maps to assist with regional strategy and resource allocation. What You Bring Insatiable Intellectual Curiosity: You don’t just move data; you seek to understand the "why" behind the numbers. Organizational Aptitude: An incredible ability to bring order to chaos and manage multiple moving parts without losing track of details. Technical Agility: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, and Power Query. You must be highly proficient in merging and manipulating large, disparate data sets. Outcome-Oriented Mindset: The ability to manipulate data with a clear eye for what the business result needs to be.
