Studio Lead - Boerum Hill at JETSET Pilates in New York, NY

Role Description

JETSET Pilates Boerum Hill in Brooklyn is seeking numerous Studio Leads! The Studio Lead is a dynamic team member that provides exceptional service to clients, assists instructors, and creates a friendly and welcoming environment in studio. The position is responsible for assisting with opening duties, re-filling studio supplies and inventory, responding to client emails and phone calls, checking-in and checking-out clients, processing sales and retail transactions, maintaining an organized studio, staying up-to-date on all policies and prices, engaging with clients, and closing duties. The Studio Lead is a part-time to full-time position with shifts available in the morning, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering the ultimate boutique fitness experience to every client, every time

• Provide the highest level of customer service to all clients and visitors upon arrival

• Greet and check-in clients professionally upon arrival

• Recruit and retain clients, answer questions, solve problems, and refer comments and concerns appropriately

• Utilize Axle and Mindbody for lead generation, sales, and scheduling

• Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and over the phone

• Facilitate new sales, in conjunction with the General Manager/Owner-Operator by utilizing the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) system (AXLE)

• Develop and support local marketing initiatives to attract new clients and elevate the studio's presence in the community. Promote JETSET in the community through 3-4 tabling or local events each month

• Create content for digital marketing

• Assist in opening and closing duties

• Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally

• Maintain a clean and safe studio

• Process retail sales and restock inventory as needed

Qualifications

• Experience working in client-service roles such as concierge, receptionist, restaurants, retail, and hospitality

• Experience working in team environments

• Experience with white glove service or luxury fields

• Highly proficient with computers, tablets, and applications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task

• Self-Motivated
