Water Technician- Full Benefits + Room to Grow**

JENNMAR Services is hiring Experienced Water / Wastewater Technicians. This is a full-time opportunity offering steady work, competitive pay, and a strong benefits package. This position requires working both day and night shifts. Please apply if you are comfortable with a potentially rotating shift schedule.
Job Description:
Work as part of a 3-person crew supporting daily water and wastewater transfer operations
Back in trucks, chalk tires, check driver paperwork
Monitor equipment, and operating conditions
Troubleshoot equipment issues and report concerns
Record readings and operating data using a laptop or handheld device
Inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe and reliable operation
Perform routine maintenance and upkeep, including:
- General troubleshooting work
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and site grounds
- Mowing, weed-whacking, and snow plowing as needed
Requirements:
- Previous water or wastewater treatment experience preferred
- Oil & Gas pad experience is a plus
- SAFELAND PEC certification (training will be provided if you do not already have it)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check + occasional randomized drug testing
Schedule:
3 days on / 3 days off
12-hour rotatinal shifts
- Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay & Benefits:
