They are seeking an early career professional for the US Equity Research Management team to develop and execute initiatives that drive departmental growth, focusing on translating strategic ideas into structured plans. Responsibilities: - Collaboration with senior leadership and other cross-departmental stakeholders to define, create, and improve initiatives across US research and equities - Manage and support day-to-day workflows, including maintaining internal datasets and reporting. Help build complex models and dashboard related to operating KPIs - Translate large and complex dataset into actionable insights for management.
