About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a Sales Leader for the Sacramento area. State Farm has also been a big part of my family, with several family members building their own careers with the company.
Our agency offers health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and licensing reimbursement. As a newer agency, this is a great opportunity to join early and grow alongside the team.
Our office is active, supportive, and focused on development. I'm highly involved with the team through ongoing training, team gatherings, and day-to-day coaching. We take pride in delivering exceptional customer care and creating an experience our customers can rely on.
I'm looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and able to perform well under pressure. If you enjoy learning, want to be part of a growing team, and take pride in providing excellent service, we'd love to meet you.
