About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen organisierten und zuverlässigen Disponenten / Dispatcher (m/w/d) für die Planung und Koordination unserer Außendienstteams und Ressourcen. In dieser Position tragen Sie maßgeblich zur effizienten Einsatzsteuerung und zur termingerechten Erbringung unserer Dienstleistungen bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung und Optimierung von Routen sowie Einsatz- und Terminplänen zur Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe.
• Koordination und Disposition von Außendienstmitarbeitern, Fahrern oder Technikern unter Berücksichtigung von Dringlichkeit, Standort und Verfügbarkeit.
• Überwachung laufender Einsätze sowie Bearbeitung kurzfristiger Änderungen oder Störungen im Tagesgeschäft.
• Professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden, Außendienstmitarbeitern und internen Abteilungen per Telefon und E-Mail.
• Bearbeitung und Dokumentation eingehender Serviceanfragen.
• Erstellung und Pflege von Berichten, Einsatzdokumentationen und relevanten Kennzahlen.
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs.
• Arbeitsort: Brandenburgische Straße 51, 14974 Ludwigsfelde (Vor-Ort-Tätigkeit).

Ihr Profil

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Berufserfahrung in der Disposition, Einsatzplanung, Logistikkoordination oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit von Vorteil.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositionssoftware, GPS-/Navigationssystemen sowie MS Office-Anwendungen.
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.
• Organisationsgeschick und Belastbarkeit auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen.
• Abgeschlossene Schul- oder Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
