The Warehouse Operations Intern will support daily warehouse operations, working closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to meet productivity, quality, safety, and service level goals while gaining hands-on leadership exposure in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Assist with daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping operations - Monitor workflow and help balance labor across work areas - Track productivity, accuracy, and SLA performance - Escalate operational issues (labor gaps, system issues, delays) to Team Leaders or Managers - Promote a safe work environment and ensure SOPs are followed - Report safety concerns, near misses, and incidents promptly - Support warehouse audits and compliance checks - Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements - Assist with basic data tracking (volume, productivity, error rates) - Participate in process improvement projects and pilot initiatives - Help communicate daily goals, priorities, and process changes to associates - Assist with onboarding and training of new warehouse associates - Act as a point of contact for associates when Team Leaders are unavailable - Support Team Leaders in coaching associates on standard work and safety practices Required Qualifications: - Native Chinese speakers preferred - Graduating in 2025 and 2026; currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field - Strong analytical skills and proficient in Excel - Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and teamwork skills - Strong interest in supply chain and e-commerce industries, with a willingness to grow in a fast-paced and challenging environment Required Skills: Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Excel, Logical thinking, Mandarin Benefits: Competitive compensation, Great office locations, People-first culture that champions continuous learning, Hands-on exposure to end-to-end supply chain operations, Practical experience in real business scenarios with rapid skill development in operations and data analysis, Guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals, Opportunity for full-time conversion or long-term employment based on performance
