Job Title: Maintenance Hourly

Location: Green Bay

Reporting to: Maintenance Supervisor

Range of pay- $28.95-$33.95

Hours: 3^rd^ shift- 10:30pm-7:00am

Essential Job Functions:

• Construct, maintain and test mechanical equipment, machinery and components for proper operation.
• Interpret drawings of equipment in order to properly adjust, maintain or repair machinery
• Respond to requests by production area when mechanical issues with equipment have been identified
• Communicate with production management and personnel to diagnose problems and to determine potential mechanical problems
• Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, in regards to time as well as resources
• Conduct preventative maintenance on heavy equipment, such as lubrication, checking fluids and replacing warn parts.
• Other duties as assigned

Experience Required:

• Experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Working in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge or experience working in meat or food processing industry preferred

Basic skills/Abilities:

• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings
• Basic knowledge of standard and metric measures
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Welding experience preferred
