CNC Machine Operator at JB Mechanical Metal Industries LLC in Dubai

We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machines, setting up materials, monitoring the cutting process, and ensuring finished components meet the required quality and dimensional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload metal sheets and plates onto the machine.
• Follow CNC programs and production instructions provided by the programmer.
• Set up the machine according to material type, thickness, and job requirements.
• Monitor the cutting process and identify any machine or cutting issues.
• Check finished components for dimensions, quality, and accuracy.
• Replace nozzles, lenses, and other basic machine consumables when required.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Report machine faults, cutting problems, and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
• Ensure proper identification and handling of materials and finished components.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
• Complete assigned jobs within the required production schedule.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a CNC Machine Operator, preferably in a metal fabrication or laser cutting company.
• Experience operating CNC fiber laser cutting machines.
• Basic knowledge of CNC laser cutting processes.
• Ability to work with MS, SS, Aluminium, and other metal materials.
• Ability to understand basic technical drawings and job instructions.
• Basic knowledge of machine settings, cutting parameters, and consumables.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic cutting and machine-related issues.
