Associate Social Media Manager at Jazwares in Plantation, FL

ASSOCIATE SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER The Associate Social Media Manager reports to the Manager of Social Media. This individual contributor will lead execution of daily social media efforts, specifically for Plush Collectibles and related projects in partnership with Sales, Business Development, Brand, Product, Design services and other internal teams to drive online engagement and deliver impactful and lasting brand experiences. The ideal candidate will be able to perform at both strategic and tactical levels. What You Will Do • Support overarching brand, content and social media strategies, including global channel strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube), to drive audience growth, brand awareness, engagement and sales for Plush Collectibles. • Execute programs and campaigns in alignment with global marketing calendar to support product launches with social content through external + in-house creative, influencer partnerships, contests and user-generated content. • Work with Marketing team to manage calendars and regular cadence of organic posts. Manage routing process for proofing and approval of all social content. • Develop content as-needed based on marketing needs, sales reports and social trends. • Work with international marketing teams to develop and identify assets for localized campaigns. • Assess the effectiveness of the various campaigns, manage reporting and present key takeaways. • Ability to develop project timelines, track projects and push forward to meeting project goals and deadlines. • Work with Brand team to keep up to date for product launches, retail exclusives, etc. and adjust social plans accordingly. • Consistently follow up with brand teams to ensure alignment of goals. • Provide event management support when needed, remotely or when travel is required. • Consistently review and report trends, sales data and consumer behaviors. • Support external agency relationships with regards to digital, social and influencer marketing. • Work in real-time to close the gap between fans and Customer Service. • Perform other duties as assigned Supervisor Responsibilities Manages People: No What You Will Do • Bachelor's degree in relevant field is a plus • 2+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, social media and developing online communities and relationships • Content Creation experience is a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Passion for social media and understanding of its business impact • Comfortable creating content with quick turnaround • Strong knowledge of differentiated digital platforms, trends and UGC guidelines • Understand social media analytics and have used metric tracking programs (examples include Google Analytics, Later, Sprout • Social or similar programs • Solid proficiency in MS Office, Excel, G Suite. Advanced Powerpoint or Keynote presentation a plus • Highly organized and efficient. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and time-sensitive environment.
