Responsibilities: - Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers - Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele - Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training - Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary - Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently Required Qualifications: - Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude - Open availability: able to work morning and evening shifts and holidays with no restraints on your schedule! - Must be able to work a MINIMUM of 30 hours each week - High School Diploma/GED - Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily - Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift - Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products - Team player with strong interpersonal skills - Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace - Basic math skills and computer knowledge - Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs - Personal smartphone required.
