Job Description
Summary: Jackson is offering an internship program aimed at providing practical work experience that enhances students' academic and personal development. Interns will engage in skill development opportunities, work on valuable projects, and support the sales department in educating financial advisors.
Responsibilities:

- Interns within the Sales Department will participate in skill development opportunities such as Jackson’s Sales Academy, sharpen public speaking skills, job shadow, and work on valuable projects to enable sales across the organization
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a senior undergraduate student
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management skills
- Analytical skills
- Customer focus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong initiative
- Commitment to the specified internship time frame (August 17 to December 11)
- Availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and a maximum of 18 hours per week
