1. Network & Hardware Administration

• Oversee day-to-day operations of company-wide network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, VPNs, and Switches).
• Ensure reliable network connectivity across shop-floor machinery, IIoT edge devices, biometric access controls, CCTV, and office workstations.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and upgrading of servers, desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.

2. Server, Cloud & System Administration

• Administer Windows/Linux Server environments, Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and Office 365 / Google Workspace.
• Manage and monitor cloud environments (AWS/Azure) or hybrid hypervisor platforms (VMware / Hyper-V).
• Enforce automated backup schedules, data replication, and test Disaster Recovery (DR) protocols regularly to prevent operational downtime.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement and monitor endpoint security, antivirus solutions, firewall rules (Fortinet/Sophos/Palo Alto), and intrusion detection systems.
• Conduct regular vulnerability patch management and health checks across plant and corporate systems.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security guidelines and industrial standards.

4. Vendor Management & L2/L3 Technical Support

• Serve as the primary escalation point for unresolved IT support issues from plant and office staff. Role & responsibilities
• Coordinate with ISPs, telecom vendors, hardware OEMs, and system integrators for SLAs, maintenance contracts (AMC), and renewals.
