What We Offer
- Hourly Range $19.89 - $24.08 dependent on location and year of study
- Co-op fee reimbursement up to $1000, if eligible

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Recruitment, the Recruitment Student will play a key role in the administration and coordination of day-to-day Recruitment processes and activities.
Recruitment Support
- Screen Resumes
- Administer Assessments
- Conduct Candidate Pre-screens & Schedule Interviews
- Update Applicant Tracking System and Daily Management Sheet
- Administer Background and Reference Checks
- Reporting and Data Analytics
- Various Admin Support Tasks
Qualifications
- Enrollment in College or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Good academic standing required
- Completion of one prior internship/work term in a Human Resources or Business-related required
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of HRIS Systems; experience with Oracle tools considered an asset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
