Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Define automation strategy, feasibility, and POCs for SAP programs
- Build and maintain automated regression test suites
- Identify automation candidates across SAP functional flows
- Collaborate with SAP functional and manual testing teams
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (ADO/Jenkins)
- Manage test data (master & transactional) for end-to-end scenarios
- Execute smoke, regression, and support UAT cycles
- Develop test cases across SAP, middleware, and legacy systems
- Publish test reports and maintain automation dashboards
- Provide effort estimates and support planning activities
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore and ADO teams
- Mentor team members on automation tools and best practices
- Ensure regression sign-off and test closure
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP automation testing experience
- 3+ years with automation tools (Selenium, UFT, Tosca, or Worksoft)
- Strong programming skills (Java/Python, Selenium)
- Experience in large SAP implementations/upgrades
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (ADO, Jenkins)
- Experience with ALM, Jira, or Azure DevOps
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP functional knowledge (SD/MM/PP, Supply Chain, MDM, PLM)
- Experience in test data management and automation frameworks
- Exposure to Windows and web-based application testing
