We are looking for a Website Business Analyst - UX & AI to review website projects from a users perspective and help make them clear, well-structured, modern, and easy to use.
The role involves analyzing website structure, organizing content, improving page layouts and user flows, and providing clear instructions to AI tools, designers, and developers. Advanced coding skills are not required; strong analytical skills, English communication, website knowledge, UX awareness, and AI proficiency are more important.
Key Responsibilities
- Review websites from a user’s perspective.
- Analyze structure, navigation, page flow, and usability.
- Organize content and sections logically.
- Recommend modern, user-friendly layouts and user flows.
- Identify confusing, unnecessary, missing, or duplicated information.
- Ensure key information and CTAs are easy to find.
- Prepare clear requirements for designers and developers.
- Write effective prompts for AI tools.
- Review AI-generated designs and suggest improvements.
- Check websites on desktop and mobile devices.
- Maintain consistency across project pages.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, and developers.
- Conduct final reviews before launch.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal English
- Understanding of websites and UX
- Ability to organize and analyze content
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of clean, modern layouts
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT
- Ability to write clear prompts and instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage but not required

The ideal candidate can quickly identify what is confusing, missing, misplaced, or unnecessary on a website and recommend practical improvements. They should be able to think like a user, analyze like a Business Analyst, and collaborate effectively with AI tools and project teams.
