Responsibilities: - Support and lead projects related to the manufacture, production, and automation of FMC & ECS products - Apply manufacturing processes and technologies, including automation, robotics, and LEAN/data-driven principles - Coordinate technical developments, scheduling, costing, and resolution of engineering design and test issues - Support customer visits, data reviews, and provide technical information - Assist in the integration of technical activities and products - Work under the supervision of engineers, engineering management, and operations leadership - Establish test criteria and perform test analysis of prototype and qualification components Required Qualifications: - Junior or Senior currently enrolled in an Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) program (BS/MS/PhD) and in good academic standing - Experience or familiarity with CAD software - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication and collaboration abilities Required Skills: CAD software, Manufacturing processes, Automation Important Skills: Robotics, LEAN principles, Analytical skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Collaboration abilities Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), Short and long-term disability, Paid time off, Growth and developmental opportunities, Other incentive compensation programs
