Job Description
Summary: ITS Logistics is one of the fastest growing logistics companies in the United States, providing creative supply chain solutions to Fortune 500 companies. The Recruiting Coordinator will support recruiting operations, onboarding administration, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience while working closely with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Talent Acquisition and HR team with recruiting coordination, onboarding administration, and overall employee experience initiatives across the business
- Coordinates interview scheduling, candidate communication, office tours, and recruiting logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assists with candidate sourcing, resume review, interview confirmations, and maintaining recruiting data within internal systems and platforms
- Prepares onboarding materials and helps facilitate new hire onboarding including payroll setup, policy acknowledgements, badge creation, parking assignments, desk setup, and first-day coordination
- Supports onboarding administration processes including background checks, drug screens, employment verifications, I-9 processing, personnel action forms (PAFs), and accurate employee data entry within ADP
- Assists with training class coordination and preparation including materials, room setup, attendance tracking, and new hire support
- Coordinates day-to-day office operations including breakroom organization, coffee and snack inventory, office supplies, patio upkeep, plant maintenance, and maintaining a welcoming office environment
- Supports employee engagement and culture initiatives including office events, volunteer opportunities, floor outings, team competitions, birthdays, employee recognition programs, and company celebrations
- Assists with planning and execution of company events and meetings including catering coordination, setup, cleanup logistics, vendor communication, and event support
- Partners with internal teams including Marketing and Operations to support internal communications, office initiatives, and company culture efforts
- Supports basic office technology and administrative needs including conference room setup, TV/audio troubleshooting, and coordination with internal support teams as needed
- Serves as a primary point of contact for inbound office calls and visitors while helping maintain a professional and team-oriented office environment
- Performs additional administrative, recruiting, and HR-related duties as assigned in support of the business
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in HR or related field
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Maintains a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality when interacting with all levels of the organization
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging and inclusive employee experiences
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading skills
- Energetic attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in HR, Psychology, or another business-related field preferred
- Excel experience preferred
