Desired Profile
• Master's Degree in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, Digital Arts, or related field.
• 8 to 15 years of academic/industry experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of Maya, Blender, Unreal Engine, Houdini, After Effects, Nuke, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

Role Overview
Lead the Animation & VFX department by mentoring students, managing faculty, delivering industry-oriented learning, and building strong industry connections.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead academic delivery for Animation & VFX programs.
• Teach subjects related to 2D/3D Animation, VFX, Compositing, Motion Graphics, CGI, Gaming, and Visual Storytelling.
• Guide student portfolios, capstone projects, and showreels.
• Build collaborations with Animation, Gaming, and VFX studios.
• Mentor faculty and ensure academic excellence.
