Senior Project Engineer at IT Works LLC in Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and oversee engineering projects from planning and execution through completion. The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to required quality and technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from start to completion.
• Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and milestones.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved designs, specifications, and standards.
• Supervise site activities and resolve technical and project-related issues.
• Prepare and review technical reports, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements, deliveries, and technical submittals.
• Monitor project costs and assist with budget control.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Identify project risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and company requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project closeout activities.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and project team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant project engineering experience.
• Experience in project management, site coordination, and engineering documentation.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project planning, and construction/project procedures.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/project management software.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Relevant professional certification or engineering license is an advantage.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
