Product Strategy Intern at ISN in Dallas, TX

Summary: ISN is a global leader in contractor and supplier management, established in 2001. The Product Strategy Intern will participate in a ten-week internship program, gaining experience in customer service and product development while working on assigned projects and contributing to the Software Development Life Cycle. Responsibilities: - Research and complete assigned project(s) - Collect customer ideas and internal change requests for ISNetworld on the assigned products that align with ISN’s business strategy that allow for future advancement and expansion of usage - Attend and/or participate in Scrum ceremonies for assigned team(s) - Proactively analyze and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement - Plan for feature releases and communicate across the company - Support the Business Analyst Team with administrative tasks and responsibilities - Liase with Product Owners to develop User Acceptance Criteria for User Stories and identify/capture return on investment (ROI) for projects - Research and prepare reports/presentations for assigned projects - Deliver final presentation to Management and Supervisors Required Qualifications: - Working towards a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or related business field from an accredited university - Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications - Proficient presentation skills - Solid analytical and problem-solving ability - Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Required Skills: Management Information Systems, Analytical skills, Presentation skills Important Skills: Proficient in Excel Nice-to-Have Skills: multitask, Verbal communication, Written communication, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Problem-solving ability, Fast-paced environment
