Company:

Our client, a leading Manufacturing company of Construction Products, are recruiting a Materials handler / Operative for their Cork city plant.

Responsibilities:

• Process Material received.
• Pick and Distribute material in a systematic manner that is effective and efficient
• Ensuring material coming in is in the correct bag station
• Monitoring equipment and ensure smooth running of process
• Maintain material and masterbatch area is an organized manner
• Clean drive-in racking on a weekly basis
• Complete and maintain relevant documentation as required
• Empty baler as required
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations and general good housekeeping

Candidate Requirements:

• A valid Counterbalance Licence
• A valid manual handling cert
• Have 2 years' experience in a manufacturing process
• Ability to understand and execute Oral and written instructions
• Ability to maintain simple records
• Can-do and flexible attitude

Hours of Work:

• 12-hour shifts, 2 days on and 2 nights on, than 4 days off.
