Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and strategic Business Development Director to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing enterprise sales strategies to drive growth within an existing account base, specifically targeting Private Healthcare Organizations and public health bodies. You will demonstrate deep industry and trend knowledge to promote integrated cross-selling of Iron Mountain’s evolving service capabilities, including Digital Solutions and IT Asset Lifecycle Management.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets by researching prospects and generating high-value leads.
Collaborate with channel partners, hyperscalers, and systems integrators to deliver complex, integrated solutions that map directly to customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards while managing the full sales lifecycle through CRM databases and specific software programs.
Lead consultative selling engagements within the healthcare sector, acting as a primary point of contact for inquiries and proposals for Private Healthcare groups and NHS bodies.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant direct solution sales experience in business process outsourcing, digital transformation, or data services.
Strong knowledge of Private Healthcare and public health sectors, including a proven background selling into Private Healthcare providers, NHS Trusts, and ICS/ICBs.
Proven ability in consultative selling and influence, with the capacity to think in broad terms and consider the wider impact on the company.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, ensuring the ability to present complex digital solutions to C-suite stakeholders.
