Summary: IQVIA is a trusted CRO and advisory partner in the MedTech industry, offering integrated lifecycle solutions for medical devices and diagnostics. The Operations Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business systems and processes, driving informed decision-making throughout the organization. Responsibilities: - Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve data visibility and improve reporting automation - Build and maintain internal database to support reporting need - Provide management related support to the Executives - Assist the Associate Manager, Operational Analytics internal process optimizations to enhance business operations efficiency - Assist the Associate Manager with internal ad-hoc Excel report requests throughout the company Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or a related area is required - 1- 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong Excel skills required (Excel proficiency assessment may be administered as part of the interview process) - Proficient in other Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) - Ability to grasp new concepts quickly; well-organized and able to work independently - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related area - Experience with NetSuite CRM, PeopleSoft, and/or OpenAir - Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query, etc.) - Experience in professional services companies Required Skills: Business Analytics, Excel, Power BI Important Skills: Microsoft Office, NetSuite CRM, PeopleSoft, OpenAir, Microsoft Fabric Nice-to-Have Skills: Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Problem-Solving Skills Benefits: Incentive plans, Bonuses, Health and welfare
