Job Description
Summary: IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The DG&S Analyst Role is responsible for supporting a client's customer data management processes, assessing and improving the quality of customer data, and working closely with clients on data stewardship and governance engagements.
Responsibilities:
- The Data Governance & Stewardship (DG&S) Analyst Role is responsible for supporting a client's customer data management processes and tasks
- This role is responsible for assessing and improving the quality of a pharmaceutical client's customer data (Physicians, Organizations, etc.)
- Using a combination of IQVIA data and tools, a DG&S Analyst work with client's data within their systems (MDM, CRM, etc.) and/or spreadsheets to review and verify data
- The DG&S Analyst works closely with the client on both Data Stewardship and Data Governance engagements
- Tasks include but are not limited to the development and documentation of business process related to data management
- The DG&S Analyst is responsible for providing on-going feedback to both IQVIA management and client peers of data issues and areas that require special attention or escalation
- The DG&S Analyst will also be responsible for the collection and possibly the reporting out to the client on a predefined schedule all metrics and SLA performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Detail oriented, good data entry, research, and analytical skills
- Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communications
- Eagerness to learn, follow directions, and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IQVIA data and/or medical information
- Fundamental understanding of relational databases, MDM, Informatica, CRM technologies
- Analytics and Reporting experience
- SQL experience
