HR Operations Associate
Responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, maintaining HR systems and data integrity, and providing first-line HR support to employees, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations that align with company policies and local regulations for the Cluster of engagement.
Responsibilities
You’ll own end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes across the Asia cluster, including onboarding, probation, transfers, leave, insurance, work passes, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
You’ll maintain accurate and timely employee records by updating HRIS and payroll systems, performing monthly data checks, and ensuring consistency across systems.
You’ll manage first‑cut monthly payroll reporting and statutory submissions across assigned entities (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong), including social contributions and government‑paid leave reporting.
You’ll provide first‑line HR advisory support, handle employee queries, prepare HR documentation and letters, maintain e‑personnel files, and escalate complex issues when required.
You’ll support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and continuous process improvements while delivering efficient, responsive operational HR support across the business.

qualifications
Requirements
You have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in an HR generalist role.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
You bring experience supporting Asia operations under a Shared Services model, with payroll exposure preferred.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office and demonstrate strong attention to detail, particularly when handling confidential information.
You communicate effectively in an international environment and are able to work independently with minimal supervision.
