Overview
The Procurement Manager - Sustainability will serve in a leadership role for the segment by utilizing ENFRA’s existing systems for development and implementation of strategic procurement and be responsible for the day-to-day management of people and processes for contract administration.
Responsibilities
• Lead the Sustainability operational supply chain team, including management of contract administration resources, providing guidance on system use, processes, and standards. • Work with operational leadership to develop and implement strategies to procure effectively to maintain segment growth in multiple geographies. • Partner with suppliers, carriers, and logistics providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. • Support configuration, enhancement, and day-to-day administration of supply chain systems (ERP) • Serve as primary liaison for Sustainability for system changes, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting • Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, and Operations to ensure process alignment with companywide policies. • Identify process inefficiencies, gaps, or inconsistencies and deploy improvement initiatives. • Partner with operational leadership to evaluate new technology solutions, integrations, and automations to improve daily workflows • Develop procurement and contract administration training materials, user guides, and communication plans for system or process changes for the Sustainability segment.
Qualifications
Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree • 8+ years of experience • Strong understanding of strategic procurement, operational workflows, supply chain operations, and internal controls. • Ability to hire, manage, train, and retain direct reports. • Ability to work as part of a team. • Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to meet deadlines. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize. • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
