Study Abroad Counselor-Work from Home at IPI Technolab in Remote

Role & responsibilities
• Provide career counseling to professionals and guide them on the various services and career solutions offered by the company.
• Conduct detailed need-analysis to understand the candidate's career goals, challenges, and expectations.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets through inside sales and career counseling.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including talk time, meetings, conversions, and revenue targets.
• Ensure timely follow-up with warm and cold leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile
• 1-4 years of experience in B2C sales or related field (education industry preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving targets and generating revenue through sales initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for handling client interactions over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
• Strong understanding of selling skills, sales ability, and sales strategy concepts.
