Summary: Iovance Biotherapeutics is focused on innovating and delivering tumor infiltrating lymphocyte therapy for cancer treatment. The Business Analytics & Insights Summer Intern will gain hands-on experience in Sales Operations analytics, contributing to projects that improve how the sales organization prioritizes healthcare providers and aligns incentives. Responsibilities: - Perform quantitative analyses using Excel and analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) - Analyze historical performance, attainment, and payout data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities - Document analytical assumptions, methodologies, and outputs to ensure work is repeatable and scalable - Work closely with the Associate Director of Sales Operations to understand sales strategy, operational priorities, and analytical context - Participate in cross-functional discussions to learn how analytics supports commercial decision-making - Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for business and leadership audiences - Communicate findings through presentations, dashboards, and written summaries - Manage assigned workstreams with increasing independence while actively incorporating feedback and guidance Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Health Informatics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field - Must remain enrolled in university for at least one semester following completion of the internship - Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 Preferred Qualifications: - A curious, analytical mindset and interest in using data to solve real-world business problems - Comfort working with data in Microsoft Excel and an interest in learning tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings - A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, professional environment - Interest in the biotechnology and oncology landscape; prior exposure to healthcare systems, data storytelling, or commercial operations is a plus Required Skills: Data Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Healthcare Systems, Commercial Operations, Data Storytelling
