Responsibilities: - Concur: Allocating department to air fares; Creating new hire accounts; Updating accounts (changing manager, department, name) - Generating monthly checklist/ Calendar - Quarterly Board member Related party search (SOX) - Balance sheet reconciliation for Operating Lease ROU/liabilities - Assist with cash account reconciliations - Assist AP to review Monthly statements - Manage and process credit cards and perform monthly allocation of corporate credit card expenses by department - Ad Hoc reporting & Analysis using tools –NetSuite, Concur, Bill.com Required Qualifications: - Pursuing/Completed bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting - Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem-solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines Required Skills: Balance sheet reconciliation, Operating Lease ROU/liabilities, Cash account reconciliation, Accounts payable review, Credit card expense allocation, NetSuite, Concur, Bill.com, Clear, conceptual thinking, Judgment, Troubleshooting, Analysis, Discretion, Stress management, Multitasking, Deadline management
