Job Description
Summary: Invesco is one of the world’s leading independent global investment firms, dedicated to rethinking possibilities for its clients. The NAI Sales Analyst will provide analytical support to marketing and sales initiatives, enhancing distribution efforts and ensuring a superior client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely delivery against reporting needs of both internal business partners and external clients by working with broader Invesco organization
- Prepare client profiles and other background materials for client meetings
- Maintain and monitor sales activity, client insights and pipeline data in Salesforce leveraging third-party tools such as eVestment, Preqin, WithIntelligence, Money Market Directory, FinSearches, etc
- Work closely with internal partners across Sales, Marketing, Client Service and Investments to help drive and develop timely marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with internal partners on production and distribution, thus developing compelling, tailored materials for use with clients, prospects, or consultants as necessary
- Support development of and track performance against execution of business plans for senior team members and external clients, prospects and consultants as assigned
- Participate in specific North American Institutional business initiatives to improve overall team performance efforts related to enhancing reporting/communication
- Conduct research on client demand trends
- Building personal skillset to be an Invesco Institutional salesperson of the future
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player and self-motivated
- Strong business and financial acumen and interest
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office products, etc
- Good general investment industry knowledge
- Strong work ethic
- Entrepreneurialism – demonstrate initiative to originate new or innovative approaches that will enable Invesco to remain an industry leader
- Prior experience in sales and/or client service
Preferred Qualifications:
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 licensing a plus (must acquire within firm-defined time period)
