The Maintenance Manager oversees the daily operations of the Maintenance Department at the Windsor, CO plant. This individual coordinates repairs, schedules preventative maintenance, supervises technicians, manages work orders, and maintains compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees a team of six Electro-Mechanical Technicians
Prepares work schedules, assigns work, and oversees the work quality that is performed
Administers the preventive maintenance program for all machinery and plant needs
Responsible for maintenance inventory and parts ordering
Works closely with Production Supervisors to schedule equipment maintenance activities
Schedules building inspections in or to meet the compliance standards
Coordinates and supervises the work of subcontractors
Works closely with other plant departments to ensure all plant needs are met
Performs other duties as assigned by Plant Manager
qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of the management of an industrial maintenance program
Knowledge of manufacturing production equipment
Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Critical thinking with good troubleshooting skills
Managerial courage
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Able to multi-task and manage priorities, excellent work ethics and responsibility
Positive attitude, honest and trustworthy
Education and Formal Training:
3-5 years of Maintenance Supervisory experience required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements required
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Able to ascend/descend stairs, ladders frequently
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
Valid US Driver’s License required

Day Shift (7am – 3:30pm) overtime as needed
Salary: $100 -110K (based on experience)
Eligible for annual bonus opportunities
