Job Description
The Property Operations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of multiple residential properties owned and/or managed by CLV Group, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained, and operated efficiently.
Responsibilities will include, at a minimum:
Overseeing daily property operations, maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and overall building condition; Conducting regular inspections to identify deficiencies, safety concerns, and required repairs; Coordinating preventative maintenance and repairs to building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, elevators, fire protection, and security systems; Managing and supervising work performed by in-house maintenance staff and outside contractors; Coordinating contractors and vendors for repairs, inspections, maintenance, and building improvement projects; Working closely with Property Managers to address operational and resident concerns; Ensuring properties comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and health and safety requirements; Reviewing quotations, invoices, and project costs while supporting operating and capital budgets; Responding to building emergencies and coordinating appropriate resources when required; and Performing all other duties as requested.
Must Haves
3+ years of experience in property operations, facilities management, residential property management, or a similar role; Experience with general residential construction and building repairs; Strong knowledge of building maintenance and mechanical systems; Experience supervising employees and managing contractors; Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage multiple properties, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency with MS Office; Knowledge of Yardi property management software is considered an asset; Familiarity with applicable residential tenancy legislation is considered an asset; and English and French communication skills are considered a strong asset.

Must have a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle, Must be able to travel between properties as required; Must be available to respond to emergencies during normal operating hours; and Participation in an after-hours rotational emergency response team may be required
