| Key Responsibilities |
<span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Provide face-to-face counselling to students on campus <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Offer online counselling sessions as required <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Conduct individual and group therapy sessions <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Apply evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Support students dealing with emotional, academic, and behavioural challenges, including addictions <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and awareness programs on mental health topics <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Participate in crisis intervention and management when needed <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Develop and facilitate mental health content and programs <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, including monthly client intake and documentation <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in all counselling practices <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Strong understanding of psychological counselling techniques and mental health issues <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Ability to apply psychotherapies in real-life scenarios <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">High level of empathy, integrity, and professionalism
