Where You’ll Make a Difference
Support Regulatory Affairs activities for Food Biosciences ingredients (including enzymes, cultures, and related products) across Latin America
Partner with R&D, Applications, Quality, and Business teams to prepare and support regulatory submissions and notifications in the region
Provide accurate and timely regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders and customers related to existing products and new product launches
Manage product registration and maintenance activities, including preparation, submission, and follow‑up of regulatory dossiers with local authorities
Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance of Food Biosciences products throughout their lifecycle in the region
Monitor, interpret, and communicate regulatory developments and assess their potential business impact
Mentor and support other regional team members, sharing regulatory knowledge and best practices
Participate in trade associations, working groups, and regulatory initiatives as required
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, or a related scientific field with 5 years of experience; or Master’s Degree with 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within food, food enzymes, cultures, biotechnology, dairy, or another regulated industry
Strong knowledge of Latin American regulatory frameworks, product registration processes, and compliance management
Hands‑on experience with registrations of food enzymes and cultures in countries such as Brazil, Argentina, or similar markets
Experience analyzing regulatory changes and providing practical, risk‑based regulatory guidance to business stakeholders
Demonstrated attention to detail with strong documentation and data management discipline
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.
