POSITION: CALL CENTRE AGENT
Requirements:
- Previous call centre experience
- Sales experience will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Target-driven, motivated and customer-focused
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle outbound customer calls
- Promote and sell products and services to customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Follow company scripts, procedures and compliance requirements
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Meet quality, productivity and performance standards
