岗位职责/职位描述 1、负责早餐及下午茶自助餐、会议室服务。

2、负责开餐前的准备工作，按照规格要求，布置餐厅和餐桌，摆台及补充各种物品。

3、开餐过程中为客人提供高质量、高效率的服务。

4、负责餐厅环境家具台面地面清洁卫生和安全防火工作。

5、完成上级布置的各项工作。
