【岗位职责】

检查每日活动订单和工作日志对所有活动和临时更改做到了如指掌。

配合宴会经理协调宴会活动及VIP接待服务。

负责跟进婚礼新人需求，提高酒店婚宴服务质量。

问候客人，并与客人从头至尾沟通活动细节，主动对接上下游资源且适时提出合理化建议或及时协助。

负责培训及督促所有员工参加培训活动。

能够高效完成所有正当活动需求。

能够胜任所有班次及经理安排的工作。

【岗位要求】

有上进心，有相关餐饮服务经验。

沟通能力较强 性格开朗。

可以独立的完成对客工作。

有婚礼堂策划经验或资源整合管理能力优先。

具有中西餐宴会服务知识。
