Shift Options:

• UK Shift: 12:30 PM 10:00 PM

1:30 PM 11:00 PM (Daylight Saving Time)

• Rotational Shift: Includes Saturday-Sunday working, with any two weekdays off (Monday-Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Find and attract the right candidates by using different ways like job websites, company records, employee referrals, and professional social media (like LinkedIn).
  
• Check each candidate properly to make sure they have the right skills, experience, and can fit into the company culture.
  
• Share a steady list of good candidates for current job openings, making sure they match what the client wants.
  
• Build friendly and lasting relationships with candidates so that you can reach out to them for future jobs too.
  
• Work closely with your team and managers to finish tasks on time and meet your goals.
  
• Keep learning and improving your recruitment skills by staying updated with the best sourcing methods.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: Should be fluent in English Communication / Experience in Recruitment
