Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing sales team, setting clear performance benchmarks, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
• Actively prospect, qualify, and close high-value enterprise accounts within the financial sector, leading by example and carrying an individual revenue quota.
• Partner closely with the CEO to define commercial strategies, present quarterly performance to stakeholders, and align sales targets with the company's broader vision.
• Maintain deep engagement throughout deal execution to ensure seamless continuity of trust and momentum with enterprise financial clients.
• Standardize the sales methodology, pipeline stages, playbook, and onboarding processes to rapidly ramp up incoming team members.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on enterprise pipeline velocity.
• Partner with Marketing to scale lead-generation engines and with Product to loop financial client feedback directly into the development roadmap.
• Manage the sales budget and P&L, leading and driving financial accountability across the sales organization.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of sales experience within the financial sector, with at least 2+ years of leadership experience driving commercial growth while maintaining a strong individual track record of hitting personal quotas.

• Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder professional services or technology solutions with 6–12 month sales cycles

• Demonstrated success in outbound sales and business development, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and driving opportunities through the full sales cycle.

• Ability to translate complex technical delivery metrics into high-level business outcomes for executive stakeholders.

• Comfortable leading internal delivery teams and external client stakeholders through the friction of long-term digital transformation.

• Sharp communicator and negotiator, able to influence senior stakeholders, navigate difficult conversations, and maintain trust over long sales cycles

• Skilled at managing account P&L, contract renewals, and complex commercial frameworks.

• Experience managing team budgets and overseeing financial accountability.

Nice to Have:

• Spanish language proficiency is highly valued.
• Deep knowledge of banking, financial infrastructure, and payments services.
• Expertise selling blockchain technology and digital assets solutions.
• Experience reporting directly to a CEO, founder, or executive stakeholders, with a track record of translating corporate vision into an actionable commercial roadmap.

We guarantee:

• Global client interaction in a dynamic company serving the market for 15+ years with offices in Miami, Antwerp, Lisbon, Viseu, Kyiv, Krakow, and New York.
• Passionate and friendly team in an innovative, casual, positive, and open work environment
• Only interesting and challenging projects involving the newest technologies.
• Excellent compensation and benefits package.
• Work where you're most productive: remote, in-office, or hybrid options available.
