PROJECT COORDINATOR
Full Time · Location: Lakeland, FL, US
Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication across teams. This role plays a key part in keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with operational goals.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives
• Coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, production, quality, procurement, and logistics
• Track project milestones, budgets, and resource allocation; escalate risks or delays as needed
• Maintain project documentation such as schedules, reports, meeting notes, and change requests
• Support procurement activities by monitoring material orders, vendor timelines, and inventory needs
• Facilitate regular project meetings and prepare status updates for leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project execution
• Identify process bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to improve workflow efficiency
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision making
• Serve as a communication bridge between departments and at times with customer and suppliers to ensure alignment and transparency
• Other duties as requested or needed to maintain the efficient processing of documents and communications within the facility’s internal operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Project Management: 1-3 years (Preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Maintaining & monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets & expenditures
• Ability to analyze data and generate clear, actionable insights
• Manufacturing experience a plus

• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
• Excellent customer service skills required
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Attention to detail & strong organizational skills
