Position Overview:
InsuletCorporation is looking for an eager andmotivedFinancial Analyst to join ourdynamicteam.The Financial Analyst will play a key role in our FP&A team, providing critical support toFinance partners as well as leaders within the CTO organization. Theideal candidate willhave strong analytical skills,abilityto effectively manage workflows,and ensureaccurateandtimelycompletion of tasks.This position reports tothe Manager, Financial Planning & AnalysisCTOandwill supportmultiplefacetsof theCTOteam.
Responsibilities:
Managedailyadministrative duties within the FP&A team. This includes, butnotlimited to:
Approving headcount additions and changes,ensuring alignment between Workday and Budget
Assistin processing purchase requisitions, including data entry into SAP, approval workflows,and resolving general inquiries related to purchases
Conduct headcount trackingand comparisons to budget, providing insights and recommendations tobusinesspartners
Provide support duringmonthly close and reporting cycles
Assistin quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, andvariancereportingforbusinesspartners
Process & Design Improvement:Identifyareas for processenhancementand implement best practices to streamline tasksand improve reporting turnaround times
Projects: Undertake ad-hoc special projects as assigned,leveragingfinancialexpertiseto support strategicinitiativesandenablebusiness partners to drivedecisions
Teamwork and Training: Thisrole will workcloselywith cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaborationwithin the organization
Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
MinimumRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
5+ years’ experience in global finance organizations
Proficient in financial modeling,forecasting, and budgeting techniques
Provenhistoryof delivering high-qualityresults and meeting tight deadlines
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with non-financialstakeholders
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
ExperiencewithSAP and SACreportingarea plus
Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proactiveand team-oriented mindset
Maintainhigh standardsofintegrity in all internal and external communications
Physical Requirements:
General office environment, may sit forlong periodsof time
