Customer Success Intern

Location: Bangalore
Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)
Department: Customer Success

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive intern to support the Customer Success team in managing loan repayment operations, customer engagement, collections strategy, and operational reporting.
The intern will work closely with the Customer Success Manager and gain hands-on exposure to fintech operations, customer lifecycle management, repayment analytics, AI-powered collections, CRM systems etc.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in daily repayment monitoring.
• Track customer payment status across repayment cycles.
• Support repayment campaigns for NACH and BBPS customers.
• Monitor bounce cases and update repayment trackers.
• Prepare daily repayment dashboards.
• Create Excel reports using Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Track Bounce Rate, OTRR, Contact-ability, and Collection Performance.
• Maintain MIS reports for management.
• Analyze repayment trends and customer behavior.
• Assist in campaign execution across communication channels.
• Coordinate with Operations, Collections, Sales, Technology, and Customer Support teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks.
• Support automation initiatives.
• Document SOPs and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
• PowerPoint

Preferred Qualification
• MBA/PGDM
• BE/B.Tech with an interest in Operations or Analytics
