Pharmacy Technician – Compounding Pharmacy | Full Training Provided, No Experience Required

Are you ready to start a rewarding, hands-on career in pharmacy? Join our dedicated team at Innovative Rx Pharmacy, a specialty compounding pharmacy where we custom-prepare medications tailored to each patient's needs. We prioritize precision, quality, and exceptional patient care — and we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Position Overview: As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll work alongside our pharmacists and compounding lab team to prepare custom medications with accuracy and care. Your day will include preparing and compounding formulations, data entry, supporting fast and efficient production, and helping deliver safe, high-quality outcomes for our patients. This is a great fit for someone detail-oriented who takes pride in doing things right.

What We Offer:

• Full Training Provided: No prior pharmacy or compounding experience needed. We give you the training, tools, and support to succeed and grow.
• Specialized Skill Development: Learn compounding — a valuable, in-demand skill set that sets you apart in the pharmacy field.
• Efficient Work Environment: We handle prescriptions without the hassle of insurance claims, so you can focus on quality and patient care instead of insurance rejections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compounding and preparing custom medications under pharmacist supervision, following strict quality and safety standards.
• Accurate data entry and efficient production.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Delivering consistent, high-quality results in every task.
• Performing any additional tasks or duties as needed to support daily workflow and team operations.

Attendance — Please Read Before Applying: We operate under a strict attendance policy, and reliable, on-time attendance is one of the most important parts of this role. As a compounding pharmacy, our team and patients depend on every technician being present and punctual every scheduled shift. If you are dependable and take attendance seriously, you'll thrive here. If you struggle with consistent attendance, this is not the right fit.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is dependable, punctual, and takes ownership of their schedule.
• Is detail-oriented and committed to accuracy and safety.
• Is enthusiastic about learning compounding and growing professionally.
• Wants to be part of a supportive, quality-focused team.
