Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to selection, offer release, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads on hiring requirements and maintain recruitment pipelines.
- Ensure timely hiring and a smooth candidate experience.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, induction, probation, confirmation, employee records, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee master data, HRMS, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations.
3. PMS & Employee Evaluation
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate quarterly and annual performance appraisals, KRA/KPI setting, and employee evaluations.
- Collect manager feedback, maintain evaluation records, and prepare performance reports.
- Support salary appraisals, increments, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
4. HR SOPs, Policies & Process Improvement
- Create, document, and update HR SOPs, policies, and process guidelines.
- Standardize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and accountability.
- Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across the organization.
5. HR MIS, Payroll & Compliance
- Prepare HR MIS reports covering headcount, recruitment, attrition, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Accounts/Finance.
- Maintain accurate salary records and support applicable statutory HR compliance.
6. Employee Engagement & People Management
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and support a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality and promote employee satisfaction and retention.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, PMS, employee evaluations, and HR operations.
- Ability to develop HR SOPs, policies, and structured processes.
- Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, HR MIS, and payroll coordination.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle confidential information
