Retail Technology Manager at Inmar Intelligence in Remote

Summary: Inmar Intelligence is a company that focuses on integrating technology solutions for retailers. The Retail Technology Manager will support the implementation team by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth integration of Inmar's technology solutions with customers' existing systems. Responsibilities: - Develop domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network (DPN) and Inmar Consumer Extension (ICE) API calls that are needed to Implement a Client - Develop domain knowledge of Digital Promotions Network Offer Manager and Customer Service programs - Pre-Launch Support: Assist with Onboarding tasks related to new retailer or partner implementations and support development teams working on APIs - Post-Launch Support: Assist with managing first-level support to customer by monitoring support request to identify any recurring issues and recommending product changes - Participate in Customer Success team’s review meetings to discuss issues or problems - Provide technical guidance to retailers & partners, work to resolve technical issues for the customer efficiently and effectively - Performs other duties as assigned - Complies with all policies and standards Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years related work experience in preferably in systems development or support; any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position required - Experience interacting with customers in a technical capacity required - Experienced with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) required - Familiarity with the grocery retail industry - Proficient with Google Suite - Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially excel and word) Required Skills: Systems Development, Systems Support, Customer Interaction, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), Grocery Retail Industry Knowledge, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance options, 401(k) retirement plans with company match, Health Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA), Flexible time off and 11 paid holidays, Family-building benefits, including Maternity, Adoption, and Parental Leave, Tuition Reimbursement and certification support, reflecting our commitment to lifelong learning, Wellness and Mental Health counseling services, Concierge and work/life support resources, Adoption Assistance Reimbursement, Perks and discount programs
