Senior Account Executive – UK & International

About Incisive Health

Incisive Health is an award-winning healthcare policy, public affairs and communications consultancy operating across the UK, Europe and International markets. We design and deliver programmes that shape policy, influence decision-making and, ultimately, improve the lives of people living with different conditions. Our work supports clients to navigate complex policy environments and achieve meaningful change for populations worldwide.

We are part of Inizio, a global partner to the life sciences industry. Inizio brings together over 10,000 experts across clinical development and commercialisation, supporting many of the world’s leading life sciences organisations. Together, we help organisations accelerate the journey from innovation to patient access - anticipating challenges, reducing barriers and ensuring that life-changing treatments reach the people who need them most.

The role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a central role in delivering client programmes across both our UK and International policy practices. You will work across a diverse portfolio of clients, including pharmaceutical companies, global health organisations, charities and multilateral institutions. Your work may include advising on reforms to the NHS, delivering global advocacy campaigns or coordinating international events at the World Health Assembly – no two days are the same.

You will be expected to take ownership of key pieces of work, respond to client requirements, ensure high-quality outputs, and contribute to the smooth running and growth of client accounts.
