They are seeking a Platform Consulting and Support Intern to assist their Platform Success Consultants by analyzing customer platform usage data, identifying opportunities, and supporting various operational tasks. Responsibilities: - Customer digital adoption analysis - supports PSCs by analyzing customer platform usage data to ID opportunities - Opportunity ID and prioritization - help the team proactively identify accounts where intervention could drive measurable value - Integration and API pipeline support – assist in maintaining visibility into the team’s integration pipeline - Customer preparation and research - help PSCs prepare for customer engagements - Performance and reporting tracking – help monitor progress against key team objectives - Process/Playbook development – support the team in capturing and organizing repeatable best practices Required Qualifications: - Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program.
