Summary: Ingram Micro is a leading technology company for the global information technology ecosystem. They are seeking Financial Planning & Analysis Interns to support various initiatives across the Finance organization, including financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and maintaining financial models. Responsibilities: - Support the FP&A team with financial reporting, including preparation of monthly company-wide reports and maintenance of reporting templates and trackers - Assist with financial analysis such as expense tracking, variance analysis, and consolidation of budget inputs from business partners - Help prepare and organize data for the annual budgeting cycle and support long-term financial planning and target-setting analysis - Assist with maintaining financial models, improving reporting processes, and documenting departmental workflows for future interns and new hires - Provide ad-hoc analysis and operational finance support to the FP&A team as needed Required Qualifications: - Actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program, or recently graduated (within the last semester or quarter) from an accredited college/university program - Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, with a strong academic record - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) - Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications: - Juniors or seniors are preferred Required Skills: Financial Analysis, Microsoft Excel Important Skills: Budgeting, Analytical Skills Nice-to-Have Skills: Collaboration Skills Benefits: Healthcare benefits, Paid time off, Parental leave, 401(k) plan and company match, Short-term and long-term disability coverage, Basic life insurance, Wellbeing benefits
