In WB Tech/Transaction Services we are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our WB TS Reporting & Cards area team.

Our WB TS Reporting & Cards area team are responsible for Global Customer Reporting Platform (GCRP) services delivery, where GCRP is the future-proof platform for TS Reporting to ING WB customers.
You will work in close collaboration with internationally diversified Squads in ING's Agile organization to achieve the QBR commitments. You are also a member of a Feature Engineers Chapter where you work on your craftsmanship.
Roles and responsibilities
Translate business requirements into features and stories by using IT & Business knowledge:
- You are able to translate new business needs and business requirements into IT solutions
- You think and act globally and grasp business opportunities from new technology solutions
- You highlight correlation and dependencies with other parts of the organization
- You are able to validate and translate the uses cases into test scenario’s
- and technical documentation
- Preparing the End to End tests. Align with the User Acceptance Team on scope and details of the to-be executed scenarios.
Responsible for the solution design to show what is needed and how the End-to-End solution will work:
- Validate and create the feature requirements based on the use cases
- You create a blueprint or high-level overview of the proposed solution in within the architectural solution. Together with the solution architect you determine the impacted components, modules, and interfaces
- You are responsible for the refinement in a detailed design with sufficient granularity for the development teams to implement. Eg, you conduct, review and maintain on topics as software architecture, workflows, design records, proof of concepts

Skills and experience
- Bachelor or master’s degree in IT (Engineering).
- Experience in IT as a functional analyst/architect/engineer etc.
- Experience in working in a complex and challenging IT environment.
- Experience with the agile way of working.
- Knowledgeable about all phases of the software development life cycle and solution delivery for web, client-server, and cloud-based systems.
